Lesson Policies
Tuition and Payment Options:
KPS charges a monthly tuition due at the first lesson of every month. Cash and Check are accepted forms of payment. More options may be added in the future upon request.
Attendance:
All students are required to attend lessons at the scheduled time. A parent or guardian must be present during the full lesson, no exceptions. If for any reason the student needs to cancel the lesson, notice must be given by 11am of the lesson day. If the required notice is not given, there will be no make up lesson offered (at the teacher's discretion). If the student is late by more than 10 minutes, the lesson is forfeited and no make-up class will be offered.
Make-up Lessons:
If a make up lesson is offered (at the teacher's discretion), it should be completed within the given semester Winter/Summer/Fall. There will be no credits given towards the next month's tuition, nor can make up classes be "rolled into" another semester. Only 2 make up lessons will be offered per school year. Once 2 make up lessons have been given, any other absences regardless of the reason will be forfeited.
Weather Closures:
All weather related closures, for example snow days, will be deferred to the Spring-Ford Area School District. For example, if there is no in person school due to inclement weather there will be no lessons given. Make-up lessons will be offered in case of this event.
